Chicken Enchiladas

Another family favorite and the ultimate in comfort food. Comes from "The Essential Mormon Cookbook."

Chicken Enchiladas:

2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 7 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
half teaspoon salt
4 cups shredded cheese
10 flour tortillas
1 can green enchilada sauce
combine chicken, sour cream and green chilis. Set aside. Saute onions. Add onion, salt, and 2 cups cheese to chicken mixture. Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce to soften. Assemble in pan.
